Improve flexibility, mobility, stability, balance and strength
Following our teacher training in 2019 we are excited to be bringing this new equipment into the studio and offering a new Functional Pilates class to our clients.
The Hog is an amazing new tool developed by a Chartered Physiotherapist to help improve flexibility, mobility, stability, balance and strength. This lightweight equipment brings a new challenge to our workout.
We will be standing, sitting, kneeling and laying on the HOG which will help release tight areas of the body, improve awareness to body alignment and posture and of course improve core strength, muscle tone and flexibility.
This new class will be lead by Emma and will be running on a Wednesday morning from 11.30am starting from 8th January.
This class will be taught as a 6 week course and is £45, payable when booking your place.
Please note we only have 10 places available for this class so places will be given on a first come basis.
