OUR CLASSES

We have something for everyone.

Active Ageing

Our Active Ageing class is a gentle, low impact class designed exclusively for the over-50’s. There's strong evidence that people who stay active as they get older have a lower risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, some cancers, depression and dementia.

This class will focus on mobility (keeping your joints moving with ease), flexibility (helping you bend and stretch) and strength of course, as well as doing just enough to get you a little bit out of breath and keep your heart healthy.

Turn back the clock and put a SPRING in your step with some likeminded people in a fun friendly environment.

No equipment is needed, please just bring water and a towel and wear comfortable, light clothing. Trainers are advisable.
